We ship by UPS or USPS depending on the destination.  We can also ship via FedEx at the customers request and supplied account.

We use these terms to refer to sizes, with Tournament being the larger of the two at 31” x 21 ¼” x 1 3/8” and the Recreational being 21 ½” x 15 ½” x 1 3/8”. The sizes of each item can also be found on the item description page.

Tabletop boards are boards that do not fold.

We are working to improve our Board Builder on the website prior to offering this capability.  This will allow a customer to further customize designs and color choices in the future.  Currently the only customization is a personalized plaque and color choices from combinations presented.

Yes, we can ship internationally. We offer USPS and UPS shipping. With USPS, parcels are passed on to the postal service in the destination country, which collects any taxes/duties owed and makes the delivery. UPS will clear packages through customs for you but charges a brokerage fee for their service in addition to any taxes/duties that might be owed.

Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds. Discounted items sold as “seconds”/imperfect are also final sale and not eligible for return.

All returns must be received within two weeks of initial receipt of item and 30 days from initial ship date.
